During the 1920s, a block in St. Louis, distinctly lined by over one hundred gas lit street lamps, became a hub for an amazing series of art, entertainment, restaurants, and after hours coffee houses filled with greats such as Miles Davis, the Smothers Brothers and even Barbara Streisand. While the original St. Louis site is no longer is in existence, our Gaslight Square recreates the glow of the FileItem-5419-Logo200woriginal location.

Located in the center of Minocqua, Wisconsin, our Gaslight Square stores carry a variety of world class and unique merchandise. Each store is designed to portray a building style from the early 1900s. They are threaded together by a road laid with brick purchased in 1921 from Elgin, Illinois and highlighted with stunning stained glass doors from the early 1900s, as well as working gas lit street lamps. These combined treasures allow Gaslight Square visitors to enter into the magical world of a past era.
